The Vincennes Knox Preservation Foundation is holding a special sale this weekend.
On Saturday the VKPF is hosting an architectural salvage sale at the Hilt House from 8 am to 1 pm.
President of the Foundation, Rene Vermillion, say they have a plethora of windows and doors gathered from many different houses around the area that were being demolished.
They don’t have any stained glass windows but do have plenty of “wavy” glass that you are welcome to buy.
Door knobs, latches, light fixtures, a few bathroom sinks and other miscellaneous items will also be available for sale.
The foundation has tried to save as much as they could from the houses whenever they had the people and ability to salvage items.
The Hilt House is located at 112 Seminary Street in Vincennes.
The VKPF has been using it as storage for their items, but have recently approved the sale of the house, so are working to sell their salvage.
All sales will be cash only.
