A Knox County man was jailed Thursday after a police chase.
24-year-old Jacob Heiden-Waterhouse of Vincennes is charged with Resisting Law Enforcement, Obstruction of Justice, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Reckless Driving.
Reports say that the arrest came after an early morning chase that began after deputies saw Heiden-Waterhouse pull into a parking lot in Bicknell.
Knowing he was wanted on a warrant a traffic stop was attempted but Heiden-Waterhouse fled south on State road 67.
During a chase, Heiden-Waterhouse allegedly threw items from the truck he was driving.
Eventually the suspect crashed into a concrete wall at 67 and 41 and then fled on foot but was quickly apprehended.
