The Knox County Health Department will host a Free Tire Recycling Event on Saturday, March 29th, 2025, from 8 AM to 12 PM at the Knox County Highway Garage at 1472 Old Highway 67 in Vincennes.
The event, open to Knox County residents only, offers a safe, environmentally friendly way to dispose of used tires at no cost. Health Officer Dr. Alan Stewart says, “This event is a great step toward making our community a cleaner, healthier place for all.”
They will not take rims and commercial business tires won’t be accepted. Proof of Knox County residency is required.
