Knox Co. Deputy wins her Guns and Hoses fight

Congratulations is going out to Knox County Deputy Johanna “Hollywood” Carney.

She competed in the 16th annual Guns and Hoses boxing match competition in Evansville on Saturday.

Guns and Hoses is a charity event that pits police officers against firefighters.

The 50 year old Carney fought 32-year-old Megan “Killer” Miller of Posey County EMS.

Carney took home the victory in her match contributing to the total of 10 wins for Team Guns.

At the end of the evening, Team Hoses won the event with 15 wins.

Over the past 16 years firefighters have won 9 of the competition while police have won 7.
