Fleetwood Mac have announced the will release the live album Mirage Tour ’82, which contains recordings from the band’s two concerts at The Forum in Los Angeles in 1982.

Mirage Tour ’82 features 22 songs, with Rhino noting in a press release announcing the set, “In September 1982, Fleetwood Mac embarked on a 31-city U.S. tour in support of Mirage, the band’s fourth consecutive multiplatinum album and third No. 1 in America. Both shows at the Forum were recorded, and Mirage Tour ‘82 combines songs from both into a single concert experience.”  Available in 3xLP vinyl, 2xCD, and digital formats, the collection will be out on September 20th. Pre-orders for the vinyl and CD sets are available:  here.

Among the nearly two dozen tracks on Mirage Tour ’82 are six previously unreleased recordings from the Oct. 21 concert, including “Landslide,” “Don’t Stop” and “Never Going Back Again.” Other songs recorded on Oct. 22 have appeared on other releases over the years, including Live Super Deluxe Edition, Mirage Super Deluxe Edition and the 1983 concert video Mirage Live.

The tour marked the band’s final outing with Lyndsey Buckingham in the fold until 1997. In the liner notes, music journalist Bill DeMain describes Mirage Tour ’82 as a “riveting listen, and a reminder of when rock shows were platforms to expand and reinvent songs for the stage, to let them breathe, to unleash different, wilder sides of a band.”
