The Knox County Sheriff’s Department responded to 863 calls for service in September.
In their monthly statistics report released on October 4th officials say that the majority of those service calls were traffic stops numbering 204.
Other numbers from the reported include, 34 vehicle crashes, 15 burglar alarms, 25 animal complaints, 10 breaking and entering calls, 22 domestic violence calls.
There were 76 arrests made and 254 subpoenas served.
The jail population in September was 288 inmates.
