The Southwest Indiana Cantata Choir (SWICC) warmly invites you to a special performance of This is Christmas (Celebrating the Heart of Christmas) by renowned composer Mary McDonald.

🎼 Featuring:

• A 23-member orchestra of talented professionals and college students from southern Indiana and Kentucky.
• A live Nativity scene that brings the traditional Christmas story to life.
• Narration in English, Creole, and Spanish to welcome and include our diverse community.

💬 Composer Mary McDonald shares, “The sole intent of this work is to draw attention to that Child, that King, sent to earth to redeem the world, for THIS is the heart of Christmas!”

Under the direction of Joyce Kim-Rohrer, adjunct music professor at Vincennes University, the choir and orchestra include many VU students and alumni, as well as members representing over 20 churches across 7 counties.

🎁 Admission is free, but a free-will offering will be collected to support the choir’s mission.
🌟 Don’t miss the raffle for a handmade quilt, with proceeds benefiting SWICC.
