Monroe City will celebrate the holidays with its 4th Annual Christmas Extravaganza this Saturday.
Events start with a Pancake Breakfast with Santa from 8:00 to 10:30 a.m. at the Blue Jeans Community Center, where visitors can also take pictures with Santa until 11:00 a.m.
The evening activities include a Chili Soup Supper from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m., with service continuing after the event’s highlight: the Lighted Tractor Parade at 6:00 p.m.
