Coming up Saturday, Helping His Hands and Sigma Pi present their annual Chili Cook-Off. The event takes place at the Eagles in Vincennes. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with the cook-off to follow. Attendees can enjoy chili, music from American Pie from 7 to 9 PM, and an evening of fun. There’s no set admission fee—a free-will offering is accepted, and canned goods are welcome to help support local families in need.
Then, on Monday, December 23rd, just two days before Christmas, the Vincennes Knox County Visitors and Tourism Bureau will host “The Night-Night Before Christmas.” This festive event runs from 12 PM to 3 PM at 702 Main Street in Vincennes. Activities include free haircuts for kids, pictures with Santa, free hot chocolate, pizza provided by Main Street Bobe’s, and more.
