In an effort to raise stroke awareness in Knox and surrounding counties, and to help supply medical equipment for patients, Good Samaritan Stroke Services is hosting a BE FAST 5K, sponsored in large part by First Vincennes Savings Bank. Funds raised will also be used to help pay for Cardiac Rehabilitation sessions for stroke patients. This event will be on October 30that Lincoln High school at 1545 S. Hart Street Road. Registration will be from 7:30-8:00AM, followed by the opening ceremony, the Honor Wall as well as the Honor walk. Prizes and t-shirts will be available.
